Mohamed Salah began his full-time dance career at the age of 10 in the Naser Club Dance Troupe. A few years later he began studying with Mahmoud Reda (Head of Reda Troupe). Mohamed joined “Reda Troupe” in 1995 and remains today as its principal lead dancer. For three years he worked directly with Mahmoud Reda in Mahmoud’s personal dance company called Al Hassa. Mohamed has worked with many famous choreographers and directors in Egypt including Walid Awny, Hassan Afifi and Souky performing different styles of dance including Modern and Contemporary at the Cairo Opera House. Mohamed Salah is a prolific choreographer and has conceptualized and directed many TV programs, video clips, commercials and theatrical stage performances. As coordinator for the "Ahlan Wa Sahlan" Festival since 2012, he oversees teachers’ schedules and directing the performances. He has created 6 educational videos. Received several diplomas for his knowledge in folklore, Mohamed is deeply rooted in Egyptian tradition but always finds a way to speak a contemporary language with his creative choreography, stage direction and engaging teaching methods. Mohamed has traveled with Reda Troupe to over 50 cities in Europe, North America, South America, Africa, Asia and throughout the Middle East. Travelling as a master teacher since 2011, he has been hosted in Japan, Italy, Ukraine, Korea, Canada, China and Russia. Mohamed Salah is known for his innovative choreographies that have powerful impact and integration.
